How are books ordered & fulfilled?
All books are printed to order through a domestic print-on-demand partner. There is no warehouse inventory. When you place an order, your book enters the print queue immediately. This means every copy is produced specifically for you.
What are your delivery times?
Paperback books are typically produced in 1 business day, hardcover books in 2 business days.
Both ship via USPS.
Delivery time depends on your location and is in addition to production time.
What is your return policy?
Because each book is printed to order, we do not accept returns.
If your book arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage. We will arrange a replacement at no cost to you.
Do you ship internationally?
Not at this time. Fieldstone Books currently ships within the United States only. International availability may be added in the future.
How is shipping calculated?
Shipping is $4.50 for the first paperback or hardcover book and $1.50 for each additional physical book in your order, regardless of destination within the United States.
