Michael didn't set out to build a publishing house. He set out to write one honest account of his own collapse and recovery, expecting nothing more. When early readers responded not just to the story but to the language it gave them for their own struggles, he understood the need extended past a single book. Fieldstone Books exists to carry that further: a home for titles that walk alongside people mid-journey, rather than claiming to have arrived. He remains its only author for now, but not by design—the imprint was built to outlast any one story, including his own.
